Complimentary Ticket Requests

Families are eligible to receive 2 x Complimentary Tickets to additional shows if you are required, out of your control, to watch more than one show to view all your child's different items or have siblings in different concerts. You will receive 2 x complimentary tickets to every additional show you are required to attend as per the eligibility below.

This includes:

Families with one child's class performing in a Junior Concert and one child's class performing in a Senior Concert.
Families with one child's class performing in one Junior Concert and another child's class performing in a different Junior Concert
Families with one child's class performing in one Senior Concert and another child's class performing in a different Senior Concert
A child who has one/some of their classes in the Junior Concert and their other classes in the Senior Concert
A child who has different classes in different Junior Concert or Senior Concert shows

This does not include:

Students whose class is performing the same item in multiple shows (i.e. Singing, Company etc)

How to request Complimentary Tickets (please check eligibility above):

This simple system allows you to choose all of your own seats and have all your tickets available to you at the time of booking.

Step 1: Order tickets to ALL shows that you need to watch via Trybooking.

Tickets for the Junior Concert are on sale from 10am Monday 3rd November

Tickets for the Senior Concert are on sale from 10am Monday 17th November

For those who are attending both Junior & Senior Concerts, this will mean that your Complimentary Ticket Request email will not need to be sent until after 17th November.

Step 2: Email staff@thepremierdance.com with the subject line "COMPLIMENTARY TICKET REQUEST" and note the shows you have booked.

Step 3: We will refund the credit card that you used to purchase the tickets in Trybooking for the value of 2 x Adult Tickets. This will maintain the validity of your tickets.

Babies & toddlers who will not occupy a seat do not require a ticket. Performing students do not require a ticket for their show. Ticket sales are online only through Trybooking.
